Terms & Conditions

1. About the Academy

Target Dental & Implant Academy (“the Academy”) is an academic and clinical training institution focused on advanced dental education, hands-on clinical training, research, and professional development. The Academy operates under its own institutional policies, academic standards, and programme regulations.

2. Eligibility

Participation in Academy programmes is subject to applicant eligibility as determined by the Academy. Applicants are expected to possess the necessary educational and professional qualifications, subject to the specific programme requirements and admissions review process.

Participants are required to comply with relevant professional, ethical, clinical, and regulatory obligations applicable to their practice and jurisdiction. The Academy may assess suitability, professional background, and learning objectives before confirming enrolment.

3. Registration & Enrolment

Registration and enquiry submissions are subject to review by the Academy. Submission of an enquiry or application form does not guarantee acceptance, seat allocation, or final enrolment.

Applicants must provide accurate information and are responsible for ensuring that all contact and professional details submitted are complete and correct. The Academy reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel enrolment where required by academic, clinical, procedural, or professional considerations.

4. Course Content

Programme content, schedules, modules, and clinical exposure may vary depending on faculty availability, participant objectives, case allocation, practical requirements, patient suitability, and clinical conditions. Academic and clinical components are intended to support structured professional learning and supervised practice.

The Academy may revise or update course modules and content as appropriate to reflect contemporary evidence, academic standards, and clinical practice requirements.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees, deposits, and payment instructions are governed by the official Academy policies communicated at the time of enrolment. Payment of fees does not automatically guarantee participation in a specific programme without the Academy’s formal confirmation and registration approval.

Participants are expected to follow the official payment process and retain proof of payment. Payment confirmations or transaction references should be shared with the Academy for verification as requested.

6. Live Clinical & Hands-on Training

Live patient exposure and hands-on participation are subject to appropriate case availability, patient consent, clinical suitability, and applicable professional requirements. The Academy provides supervised learning in a structured clinical environment; however, patient schedules and case access may vary from time to time.

Participants are expected to uphold professional ethics, patient safety, infection control, and appropriate clinical practice standards at all times during training exposure.

7. Patient Safety & Professional Responsibility

All clinical activities must be conducted with full regard for patient welfare, safety, informed consent, professionalism, ethical standards, and applicable law. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate clinical responsibility and act within the scope of their training and professional competence.

The Academy may restrict or modify clinical exposure where patient safety, suitability, or ethical considerations require it.

8. Certificates

Certificates, if issued, are granted in accordance with the Academy’s programme requirements, attendance, participation, assessment, and completion criteria. Certificates do not constitute a professional licence or statutory registration.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, educational materials, course descriptions, visuals, design elements, and digital resources provided by the Academy are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or adaptation is prohibited without prior written permission.

10. Photography, Video & Media

The Academy may photograph or record academic, clinical, or training activities for internal documentation, educational use, promotional or institutional communication, and research purposes where permitted and appropriate. By participating in Academy activities, participants may be represented in materials created for legitimate institutional purposes, subject to consent and applicable confidentiality requirements.
